Arborist Crew Leader
Seeking

Office & Shop in Thornhill (Bayview / Steeles). Serving the GTA.

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications/experience:
- Minimum of three years as a Production Arborist
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Clean G driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience with insurance history. DZ licence an asset.
- Capable to prune trees and shrubs of all species and size (large shade trees to fine ornamentals)
- Demonstrate advanced tree climbing techniques in MRS and SRS
- Competent in tree removal
- Competent tree identification
- Demonstrate strong customer service and the ability to actively listen and communicate
- Serve as a champion of health and safety
- A hard working, talented, nice person who inspires their team and instills confidence in their clients

Plant Health Care Technician
Seeking
Cohen & Master Tree and Shrub Services Ltd. is looking for a Plant Health Care Technician to join our team. We are arborists and we care for the trees in our cities for over 20 years. We foster a positive and collaborative work environment. We have a comprehensive Plant Health Care program delivering treatments 10 months of the year with clients that are residential, commercial, and municipal.
Location
Office & Shop in Thornhill (Bayview / Steeles). Servicing throughout the GTA.

Job Description:
- Soil injections of biostimulants, soil conditioners, and mycorrhizae
- Foliar treatments for pest, disease, and micronutrient deficiencies
- Trunk injections
- Work independently and in teams
- Interact with clients when delivering treatments
- Commercial vehicle driving
- Mix product and clean tanks
- Assisting with air spade soil renovation and pruning of ornamentals, hedges, shrubs, and shade trees when required
Requirements:
- Clean G driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Listed on a driver insurance policy for a minimum of 12 months. Personal and/or family insurance policies are acceptable
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to customer service
- Organized and self-directed
- Ontario Landscape Exterminator License an asset (successful candidates will receive training)
